Dahi Aloo is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Dahi Aloo is something which I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Dahi Aloo:
  1. Take 4 Potatoes Boiled
  2. Get 1 Bowl Curd
  3. Take 1 Tsp Salt
  4. Get 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powdere
  5. Prepare 3/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  6. Get 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
  8. Take 1 Tsp Kasoori Methi
  9. Prepare 2 Green Chillies
  10. Get 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  11. Take 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
  12. Take 1 Tsp Seasam Seeds
  13. Prepare 2 Tsp Oil
  14. Get 2 Whole Red Chillies
  15. Prepare As needed Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Dahi Aloo:
  1. Cut potatoes in cubes and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl take curd. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and Kasoori Methi. Mix properly.
  3. Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add Cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add whole red chillies, Asafoetida, seasam seeds. Cook for 1 min. Add potatoes and chopped green chillies. Fry.
  4. Now add curd with all masalas. Stir. Add 1 bowl water. Stir.
  5. Cook for 5 min.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
