  1. In a mixing bowl, coat the cauliflower florets with the cumin, garlic and paprika, add 1 tbsp olive oil and toss to coat well. Roast in a preheated oven till tender about 30min. Set aside.
  2. Layer the salad ingredients, top with the cooked cauliflower. Sprinkle some feta and basil over the top. Enjoy!
