Steps to make Paneer Manchurian:
Mix the flour with other dry ingredients in section 1 and coat the paneer
Shallow Fry the paneer in a pan remove from oil and set aside to make sauce
Add oil then cumin and stir fry the veg, then add the sauce and the rest of the spices and paste, finally mix the corn flour with water and add the sauce to thicken up
Add paneer stir to combine garnish with chillis and coriander serve with either rice or noodles
