  5. Cook until water get absorbed. and it becomes dry. - let it cool for 15-20 minutes. and make a dough
  6. Freeze it for 30 minutes. Take 1-2 tbsp of dough and start making Round shape tikkis.
  7. Shallow fry it.till golden in color. Flip it and cook from other side.
  8. Serve deliciously hot Dal Tikkis with tamarind or mint chutney
