  1. Get 500 gm Rohu fish
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  1. Clean the fish properly in running water. Now in a mixing bowl add the clean fish and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt and lemon juice. Mix properly and keep aside for 10 mins for marination.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, now place the marinated fish in the pan and shallow fry the fish from both sides till they turn golden.
  3. Remove the fish from the pan and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
