  5. Make ready 1/2 Sweet Pepper cut into 1 inch lengths

  2. Add the oil to the frying pan and fry the chicken until all sides are coloured. Then turn down the heat to medium and gently cook the chicken for 5 minutes until light brown in colour. Drain off some of the liquid.
  3. Add the onion with the chicken and fry for 1 minute then add the seasoning and chilli peppers. Fry for a further 1 minute then add the sweet peppers mix in. And serve.
  4. Add to a bowl and serve.
