- beat egg white till foamy. gradually ad in castor sugar and whisk into a medium peak meringue. set aside.
- beat butter with castor sugar at medium speed until ligt until fluffy.
- add in egg yolks gradually
- add in melted dark chocolate
- sift flour and cocoa powder and fold in the mixture. mix well.
- fold meringue into chocolate batter
- dissolve baking soda in water and fold into the batter.
- pour batter into pan and and bake for 60minutes at 160C
