  1. Pour sugar, evaporated milk, and butter into a large pot and bring to a rolling boil (one that you can't stir down). Boil for 8 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients (peanut butter chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla) and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Once mixed, pour onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet that has 4 sides.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours (I usually do overnight). Once it's completely cooled and set up, cut into desired size pieces and store in a air tight container at room temperature.
