  7. Prepare 1 tsp ghee

  1. First grind cashew nuts add rice & 2-tbsp milk and grind into fine paste now add condensed milk & mava and grind again.heat a pan add fine mixture and cook on slow flame stirring continuously till dough consistency add tutti fruti, ghee & cook for a while.
  2. Pour into mould press with flate bowl arrange silver leaf gently cool it give cuts with knife gently
  3. Mouth melting Leftover Rice Barfi is ready to serve
