  1. Take Chicken Prep
  2. Make ready 1 box Town House Crackers (light buttery)
  3. Take 1 pinch garlic and black pepper mixed seasoning
  4. Take 1 dozen Chicken tenders
  5. Prepare Egg Wash
  6. Prepare 2 Eggs
  7. Take 1 cup of Milk
Instructions to make Cracker Breaded Chicken:
  1. Oil a 12" flat pan lightly low flame or at 4 on your stove top.
  2. For breading: Crush a pack of crackers finely in a bag. Dump in bowl and mix in a few pinches of garlic and black pepper.
  3. Egg wash: In a small bowl mix 2 eggs and a cup of milk
  4. Place tenders in the breading first then egg wash then back into the breading. This will keep the breading from falling off
  5. Once breaded place into hot oiled pan and let them cook about 5 to 10 minutes on each side. Then your done :)
