The ingredients needed to make Embotido:
  1. Prepare 500 grams ground pork,lean
  2. Make ready 2 onions
  3. Make ready 2 tablespoons Pickles relish
  4. Prepare Pinch salt
  5. Take 2 piece Vienna sausage
  6. Take 1 piece small peperoni
  7. Prepare 2 small Red and green bell peppers
  8. Prepare 100 grams cheese
  9. Make ready 4 eggs
  10. Make ready Pinch white ground pepper
  11. Prepare strips Bacon
  12. Make ready 1 cup leftover bread
Instructions to make Embotido:
  1. Combine all the ingredients except for eggs and bacon. All ingredients must be cut in the same sizes, almost like the size of ground pork. If you have a processor much better.
  2. Pour the beaten eggs to the mixture and start to measure a cup in a cling wrap.
  3. Before molding it into a big sausage like shape,wrap it with a bacon strip and tightly roll it with cling wrap. Secure the ends carefully.
  4. Steam for an hour in a slow fire.
  5. Cool the cooked embotido, sliced and serve with mayo or tomato catsup.
