Take 200 gm scrambled paneer
Take 100 gm fresh grated coconut
Take Roasted grounded dry fruits powder made from -
Get 8-10 cashew nuts, 8 to 10 almonds, 10 to 20 Pistachios

Take 1 crushed green chilli

First, cut the raw jackfruit into small pieces and wash it and put it in a pressure cooker and add a little salt and turmeric and add a bowl of water and apply it to two whistles.
If even a little water is saved after the jackfruit is boiled, then dry it on the gas on high flame
When the water of the jackfruit dries well, take it out in a bowl and on cooling down remove the skin of jackal seeds that are hard.

Now I will make the stuffing. For stuffing take paneer in a big bowl.
Add grated fresh coconut in it.
Add grounded dry fruits in it.
Add one crushed green chilli.
Add salt as per test
Add finally chopped coriander leaves.
Add black pepper.
Add finally chopped some mint leaves.
Place the mixture of paneer inside it and put a little butter inside the paneer and close it well and make the shape of kebab by hands.
Make the shape like sheekh kebab.
And round shape kebab
Add 2tbsp olive oil on nonstick pan, put kebab in it and fry all the kebabs.
Now our yummy coconut, paneer, dry fruits stuffed kebab is ready. Serve it with green coriander leaves chutney and tomato ketchup.
