The ingredients needed to make Yogurt Parfait:
  1. Make ready 3/4 cups Greek yoghurt (or plain yoghurt, dairy-free yoghurt)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  3. Make ready 1 tsp maple syrup
  4. Take 1 tbs granola
Instructions to make Yogurt Parfait:
  1. Wash the berries and cut them into small pieces. Add 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt into cup or mason jar.
  2. Add half of the chopped fruit. Then the remaining yoghurt. Top with the rest of the mixed berries, granola and maple syrup or any other additional toppings of your choice. Now you are ready to eat!
  3. For a better taste, seal the lids and store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  4. When you are ready to eat the yoghurt parfaits, simply remove from the fridge, mix and enjoy.
