  2. Soak almonds in hot water for 1/2 hour. Remove skin. Cut blanch almonds into small pieces and grind it in mixer jar with milk. Keep aside.
  3. In pan add blended almonds and milk mixture,mix vegetables stock,salt and black pepper powder. Boil for few minutes.
  4. Mix corn flour with water and add to boiled soup. Stirring occasionally until thickened.
  5. Serve Hot Almond Veg Soup with few almonds flakes.
