Take a pan add oil in it.Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.onece they splitring add curry leaves,urad dalandchana dal.let add chopped onion saute it until transculanteadd roughly chopped green chilli and ginger saute nicely then add chopped tomatoes into upma.
Add salt to taste,red chilli powder and turmeroc powder into upma.Saute all add 1/2 cup water.
Now add Bread slices into this and mix it up.Add lemon juice and coriander leaves into upma.Mix all well.Now lef bread Upma is ready to eat.surve with tea or coffee.
