Take bow and add khichdi, green masala, regular masala, oil, methi leaves and mix them well then add atta and mix very well. Make small muthiya and transfer to a steamer and it for steam for 15 mins.
After 15 mins check it and let it cool down. Cut it into pieces. Take another pan and heat it. Now add oil, add mustard seeds and wait for it to crackle then add Sesame seeds, red chilli, bay leaves and again wait for it to crackle then add hing and mix all properly. Cover the lid for 2 mins and cook it. Then transfer it to a plate and it is ready to serve with fresh Coriander and curd.
