  1. Make ready 4 chicken breast
  2. Take 1 salt & pepper to taste

  4. Coat chicken with seasoned flour, shake off excess.
  5. Lightly brown chicken on both sides and remove
  6. Add mushrooms & saute for 5 minutes
  7. Add chicken back into pan and add 1/2 bottle of Marsala wine
  8. When it starts to bubble turn down and let cook on medium low heat for about 20 minutes.
  9. Add butter, incorporate take off the heat add parsley. ENJOY
