  2. Take 1 yellow onion, chopped
  3. Take 1 pkg. Taco seasoning

  6. Make ready 1 Can rotel
  7. Take 6 flour tortillas

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large skillet cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile in a large sauce pan over medium heat throw in cubed cheese, and milk. Stir often cook until cheese is melted. Add in can of rotel. Mix to combine. Turn heat off
  4. Lightly grease large rimmed baking dish set aside. Spoon some cheese inside and scoop ground beef on top. Roll into a burrito, place in baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Pour in Velveeta, rotel mixture over top. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
