Instructions to make Alu bhujiya (quick sehri):
  1. First, heat up the oil and add onion, tomato and green chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add salt, chilli flacks, tarmaric powder and red chilli powder and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and cook for few seconds.
  4. Add 2tbsp oil and eggs and cook.
  5. Mix potatoes and eggs together. Alu bhujiya is ready to serve.
