  1. In a pan heat oil,add mustard seeds let it pop then add chopped onion saute till light golden then add green capsicum,tomato let it cook for 3 mins
  2. Add rice and mix it well then add salt,chilli powder turmeric powder & lemon.Garnish it with coriander. Ready to serve.
