The ingredients needed to make Crockpot Roast:
  1. Get Chuck Roast
  2. Prepare Au Jus mix
  3. Prepare Onion (chop about handfull)
  4. Get Garlic (1-2 chop cloves)
  5. Get Small potatoes
  6. Make ready Baby carrots
  7. Take Water
Instructions to make Crockpot Roast:
  1. Open your roast. Score meat and rub in one pack of Au Jus mix into your meat. Then stuff with chopped onions and garlic.
  2. Tightly wrap your meat and place in fridge over night.
  3. Cook on high. ☆6-9 am-ish put your second package Au Jus mix in crock pot. Add little water n mix.
  4. Put you meat in crock pot and fill with water
  5. Scrub your baby potatoes.
  6. Dice potatoes and place on top of your meat. Cover with lid.
  7. ☆ OPTIONAL-> Around 1-3pm add baby carrots. These cook fast if you put in to early they can get mushy. (Your choice can add all at once.)
  8. Enjoy! ♡BTW the Au Jus broth great on mashed potatoes!😍
