  1. Take big size prawn, peeled and washed
  2. Get cornfloor
  3. Get pepper powder
  4. Make ready egg
  5. Prepare ajinomotto
  6. Make ready Salt
  7. Take Refined oil
  8. Prepare chopped garlic
  9. Prepare chopped onion
  10. Take chopped green chilli
  11. Make ready Chopped coriander
Steps to make Garlic prawn:
  1. Marinate the prawns with egg, 1 spoon corn floor, 2 pinches pepper powder, and salt.salt.keep aside for 10 mins
  2. In the meantime we make a semi liquid mixture of cornfloor, ajinomotto, pepper and salt.
  3. Now fry the prawns in slow flame don't make it brown.
  4. Heat a pan. Add chopped garlic, chopped chilli, chopped onion And soute well.well.Now add 2 spoons of oil. Now add fried prawns and chopped capsicum. Saute in high flame. Saute for 2 mins. Now add the cornfloor mixture in it. Continuesly saute. Seemer the stove. Cover for 30 seconds.
  5. Now garlic prawn is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy the taste.
