  5. Prepare 2 tsp tomato paste
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup Chardonnay (white wine)

  10. Prepare 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  11. Make ready 250 grams greek goat feta cheese

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, then add the garlic, tomatos, tomato paste, all the spices snd the white wine. Let all ingredients simmer for 15 minutes until a nice, thick sauce is formed.
  2. Add the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes. After you remove the pan from heat and while the contents are hot, crumble the feta cheese in and stir well.
  3. Serve immediately with saffroned basmati!
