The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Snack:
  1. Make ready 3 bunch ugu leaf
  2. Get 1 cksp olive oil
  3. Prepare 1 cksp crayfish
  4. Make ready 2 knorr cubes
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup oporo
  6. Prepare 1 onion
  7. Make ready 5 fresh pepper
  8. Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Vegetable Snack:
  1. Wash ugu leaf; make sure it has no sand and allow it drain before slicing it (I prefer slicing my vegetables at home to manage the sand and the nutrients)
  2. Wash and blend pepper and onion roughly and set aside, clean up oporo break into 2 and set aside
  3. Heat up pot and once it’s hot add olive oil; then add the blended pepper and onion mix stir for about 2 minutes then add crayfish salt and knorr cube
  4. Stir in the oporo and keep frying after about 2 minutes add ugu mix everything together and once you are done mixing them together turn off heat
  5. Enjoy with every meal as this will go with everything.
